We offer group meditation and several yoga classes online and at Ayama Yoga Studio,
17020 Placer Hills Road, #2B, Meadow Vista, CA. The schedule is as follows:

  Mondays:  “On the Ball” - Zoom, 11 am
  Tuesdays:  “Senior Strength & Group Meditation” - 10:30 & noon at Ayama
  Wednesdays: “Seniors” - Zoom, 11am
  Thursdays:  “Extra Strength & Restorative” - 10:30 & 11 am at Ayama
  Fridays:  “Restorative” - Zoom, 11 am
Seniors using barre

Senior Strength & Extra Strength
These are bone-strengthening classes consisting of moves done with free weights and resistance bands seated in chairs, as well as balancing poses, deep-breathing exercises and yoga stretches done on the floor or supported by the wall, all aimed at keeping you fit, flexible and strong.

Seniors on mats

Restorative Yoga
Relaxing, supported yoga postures done on the floor using bolsters, blocks, straps, sandbags and blankets, to support you in long-held poses designed to give you a deep stretch and deeper relaxation.

Zoom Yoga Class

For those of you who would prefer doing yoga in the comfort and privacy of your own space, Senior Strength & Restorative Yoga and On the Ball yoga classes are offered on Zoom three times a week at 11 am PST.
On the Ball Yoga

On the Ball Yoga
Offered online only, this class targets balance and core strengthening in a fast-paced, fun-filled 40-minute session. All you need is a big exercise ball.

Meditation class

Group Meditation
A half hour, open to the public at no cost, consisting of deep breathing exercises and other meditation techniques, followed by 15-20 minutes of silent sitting.
