Susan Hayes first started taking yoga classes while she was at UCLA in 1976; she became certified to teach yoga at the Expanding Light in Nevada City in 1999. She has been teaching yoga in Placer County since 1999.
Susan is certified as a Level 1 and Level 2 Ananda Yoga teacher, a Level 1 and Level 2 meditation teacher, a certified foot reflexologist, and has completed reiki levels 1 & 2. She has been registered with Yoga Alliance since 1999 as an e-RYT 500 (experienced yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training/teaching). She is also a member of the Reflexology Association of California. Before she retired, Susan was a trial lawyer. She has two children and has lived in the Sierra Foothills since 1996. She offers live, in-studio yoga classes twice a week at Auburn Yoga & Fitness studio, online yoga classes on Zoom three days a week, as well as private classes, yoga parties, and foot reflexology sessions. |
