About Susan Hayes and Mountain Top Yoga

Susan Hayes founded Mountain Top Yoga in 2000. She has been practicing yoga since 1976, and became a certified yoga instructor in 1999 at Ananda's Expanding Light in Nevada City, CA. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an e-RYT 500 (experienced registered yoga teacher with 500 hours of training). Susan is also a Level 2 reiki practitioner.  She became a certified foot reflexologist in 2004 with the International Institute of Reflexology and is a member of the Reflexology Association of California.  She specializes in Yoga for Seniors and people with Osteoporosis, Gentle Yoga, Yoga on the Ball, Beginners Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga, as well as meditation and foot reflexology.
